Michael Malota
Interim CFO

 

Besides his advisory role at Anomalie, Michael has experience advising in previous roles, as well as working as a seated CFO with both large and small corporations on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, SEC compliance, corporate planning, internal controls, taxation and project management. He managed a $130M note offering, managed an SEC 144A offering of $150M and over $30M debt/equity fundraising via PIPE’s and roadshow presentations. In addition, Michael has experience supporting M&A transactions and working with private-equity owned companies.
