Tim’s career includes an accomplished tenure as Recruiting Director at Tatum, LLC, the largest interim CFO engagement firm in the U.S. at the time, where he successfully sourced and placed senior finance executives for private equity-backed companies.
Tim provides value to his clients by delivering CFOs and senior financial professionals who bring the strategic insight, operational expertise, and leadership skills necessary to guide companies through complex growth phases and operational challenges. He draws on his business banking background and expertise in private equity and venture capital-backed businesses to advise clients on key financial considerations and sourcing executives who can navigate financial strategy, capital markets, risk management, scale companies effectively, improve operational efficiency, and drive innovation with confidence.
