A short journey through my career:
Food is my life and my life is food...from growing up in the restaurant business through grad school to CPG operating leadership. I’ve worked with brands like Whole Foods Market, ConAgra Ventures, Wise Foods and Manischewitz. And have learned the value of the customer and client relationship through doing deals in complex situations and challenging environments.
Where I’m at now:
Besides being a CPG advisor for Anomalie, I’m currently Senior Managing Director, Nacascolo USA. A lifetime of building human equity has led me to investing in opportunities for a family office seeking alignment with consumer-facing brands and operators to create shareholder value.
What gets me revved up:
Loving my family and living my values. I’m obsessed with solving problems, seeking happiness and contributing meaningful work.
Favorite road trip:
I’m called to historic places and anywhere off the beaten path. Like tracing the steps of Lewis & Clark along The Oregon Trail. Gettysburg. Pennsylvania. Hot Springs, Arkansas.
Preferred traveling music:
Jazz and Motown are my favorites.
What makes me an Anomalist:
My experience as an operator and my relationship capital allow me to approach deals with a more holistic view. For me, it’s about much more than the numbers. I’m curious about marinating in the brand, the culture, and ultimately finding the best recipe for value creation. My eclectic experiences and perspectives allow me to identify and support anomalists in the food and beverage businesses that hold hidden promise to be the stars of the future.
